Apex Humidification Engineers

Apex Humidification Engineers provides an array of different configurations in Nylon Mesh. Our material is Nylon 6/6, with excellent abrasion as well as alkali resistance. Our filters are made from 100% nylon and have not been treated with chemicals that would be harmful to humans by food contact.

Chemical Resistance:

Since the mesh will come into contact with various chemicals used in the dyeing or finishing processes, it must be resistant to degradation from these chemicals. Nylon 6/6, with its excellent abrasion and alkali resistance, would be a suitable choice for this application.

Heat Resistance:

The mesh should be capable of withstanding the temperatures encountered during processing without melting or deforming. Nylon has a softening point between 170°C and 230°C and a melting point between 210°C and 250°C, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments.

Smooth Surface:

The mesh should have a smooth surface to prevent damage to the fabric being transported and ensure uniform processing.
